About

We know from our own experience as parents that no sooner have we bought our children’s first school uniforms then they are ready for the next size up, and then up, and then up! And we are left with perfectly good school uniforms and school gear at home that have served their purpose but are no longer needed.

Old School Trading (OST) is a website dedicated to linking families together to buy and sell secondhand school uniforms and school gear. It is a fun site that offers a FREE and easy to use central point of contact to facilitate the ‘trading’ of second-hand school items between families across Australia.

So if you have any secondhand school uniforms ready to sell or if you are in need of particular items for the 2015 school year, take advantage of OST. Upload your photos, place notices, browse the site and start trading – you’re bound to pick up a bargain!

To find out more about how OST works, please check out our How it Works page or read our FAQs page.

    Louise Hartwig

Louise is often wrongly accused of being a 'geek' with her interest in programming starting at age 10 on an Amstrad computer. Since then she has obtained qualifications in Computer Science and has worked for a number of large commercial web development companies, both in Australia and abroad.

Louise escaped the corporate world in 2010 to start her own web development business. Away from work, she has three children who have proven to be her most demanding but rewarding (and favourite) clients yet.
